Meeting Taylor + Edgar and having them model for me was definitely a highlight of my trip to California back in September! My original rebranding trip was scheduled for June in Hawaii, but then as we all know … Covid19 happened. I was trying to be super optimistic so I didn’t cancel my trip for as long as possible, but that actually put me in a bind because when I realized that Hawaii was definitely off the table, I only had a few weeks left to pivot and plan something new.

It was around that time that our film crew from TLC decided to accompany me, so of course Ethan then wanted to come along and join the fun 😉 I was super stressed for a few weeks trying to line up models, locations and vendors, all while navigating Covid19 and the raging Californian wildfires. But it made for a super memorable trip!

When I put out a model call, Taylor + Edgar were one of the many couples that responded. Obviously, I wish I could have worked with everyone, but after talking with these two, I knew that they were exactly what I was looking for. From the moment they pulled up and had to take a Covid test and then fill out paperwork before I could go see them, to when we said goodbye for the evening, they were nothing but pure joy and it made photographing them so easy!!

I don’t know about you, but I wouldn’t look this dang good or relaxed if there were multiple cameras focused on me and a whole beach watching on the sidelines 😉 These two were naturals and they killed it!!

Edgar + Taylor, so much mad love and respect for you both as I have kept up with your life since September. I feel super lucky that I got to meet and work with you, and I hope we can catch up in person again sometime!
